Less likely: You are young and the symptoms described do not necessarily equate to cancer. Irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, hemorrhoids are just some of the things that come to mind. These symptoms need to be addressed. Recommend evaluation by a physician.

No: This sounds more like Irritable Bowel Syndrome than cancer. Anything is possible, however. If you are concerned about cancer, see your doctor. Hope this helps!
