Although Guillain-Barre has been reported following flu shots, and more recently, J & J COVID-19 vaccine, these cases are more anecdotal rather than clearly causative. I believe odds of you having a repeat acute autoimmune polyradiculo-neuritis is indeed remote and unlikely.
