Does having eczema once when a kid mean i have autoimmune disease? i also once in while maybe three times in few years get dry skin under and in eyelid dont look like ezcema or any other autoimmune and goes away on its own?

The immune system is complex and a better label is "atopy", or other than normal response by your skin to the environment. Although it is related to the autoimmune diseases I would consider it a 3rd cousin, not a real representative of this broad category of conditions.
