General urine examination shows high wbcs and leukocytes and bacteria +1 and high rbcs with urine culture shows group d streptococcus ( enterococcus ) but i have no significant urine complaints except for incontinence so should i take antibiotics?

Non-symptomatic urinary tract infections (UTI) in older women usually do not require treatment. However, in your case, the urine WBC indicates the infection is causing inflammation, even if no symptom, and treatment might be wise. Discuss with your doctor. Good luck.
