I've had four urine cultures done that come back with WBC and RBC without bacteria. I've had lower back pain and itchiness in vag. What could it be?
Diagnosed w/ uti. Urine showed wbc=35000, positive protein, culture= <10 x 10*6 cfu/l skin flora. Does that mean no bacteria? Is it something else?
