I have been taking gabapentin 300 mg 4 x a day for a pinched nerve from my upper back. i'm having a lot of balance issues. i fall. i don't walk straight my balance is completely off. is this from the gabapentin and what should i do to adjust?

Gabapentin does cause dizziness, imbalance, drowsiness, amongst many side effects. Best approach is to have your doctor cut down on dose and see if that helps. Drug should be given thrice daily, not 4 times. You may do better on LYRICA. Discuss with your doctor.
