L/S "pinched nerve": Depends on what the symptoms & limitations are. For symptomatic relief, Gabapentin & Pregabalin can be effective duloxetine is another. Pt & nsaids as needed. Epidural injections can effective. Having "bone on bone" at a young age may have some long term ramifications & consultation w/ a spine surgeon is advised. Prognosis for lumbar spine surgery has improved compared to 10-20 years ago.
