Every little bit helps. Manual flossing may just get into areas to mechanically remove plaque where a water flosser may not. Use what you feel is best in your hands.

Water pic / Water floss is always good but to get the maximum effect it should be used as per the direction of the manufacturer .

Absolutely. Brush 2x/day, soft t'brush, fluoridated t'paste, for 2 FULL MINUTES BY THEN CLOCK (use timer on our phone) to remove 65% of bacteria. Floss or water flosser will remove the other 35%. Ask your Dentist/Hygienist for specific instructions. And absolutely see ur Dentist 2x/year to find small easy-to-fix inexpensive problems. Delay is expensive.
