Had mri 7 days ago. had headache day after and tingling pain in arm (wrist-shoulder) ever since. concerned that contrast leaked? or nerve was damaged? what do you recommend? what tests? meds? ice/heat?

Do not understand why an MRI study would result in any of your complaints, unless the positioning of your head and neck resulted in a cervical strain. Otherwise, contrast does not leak, and nerves do not get damaged.
