Facial hair begins growing at the onset of puberty and is one of the latest male features to mature. During the puberty phase, the hair is naturally uneven and patchy. As you get older (typically young 20's) the hair will fill in and become more regular. Use a trimmer to keep the hair trimmed short and it will be less noticeable.
