Every time i wash my face i lose a couple of beard hairs. the same is for my head?

Normal: We all shed hairs. Beard, scalp, chest, pubic, legs and arms, everywhere that we have hair. This is a normal process unless you have discrete patches of lost hair. From what you describe, you are just having the normal shedding that all humans (and animals) have. Quit splitting hairs! it's normal!
