In a routine checkup which also included an ultrasound, i've been diagnosed with a silent asymptomatic cbd stone but i've no abdominal pain, no acute cholangitis and no other symptoms. is it possible to have an asymptomatic cbd stone?

It is possible but you should get it treated before it becomes symptomatic by blocking the common bile duct. Wish you good health!
