What, possibly, could cause, extreme bilateral inner ear pain when upright, totally relieved when laying down, extreme tiredness, black rings around eyes, metallic taste on lips and from roof of mouth?

I don't think all these varied symptoms are explainable with a single diagnosisbut severe bilateral ear pain,metallic taste suggests sinus infection. I doubt that dental or temporomandibular joint dysfunction are responsible. Do you have any other symptoms characteristic of sinus infection? I recommend consulting an ENT specialist for evaluation and advice.
