Rhinitis: Csf leak would be rare, but a viral upper respiratory tract infection or allergic rhinitis are far more likely. To relieve nasal congestion, decongestant nasal spray like Sudafed is effective. Corticosteroid nasal spray relieves allergic rhinitis.
