I find nothing to support the idea the cannabis would alter the two drugs effectiveness.

Cannabis may not may not alter the effectiveness of your medication. Marijuana is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain. MJ users are called stoners for good reason. Quit using weed while you are ahead!
