Yeast, recurrent BV, trichomonas, other STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia) and other conditions all could be responsible. It is time to stop attempts at self treatment and see a doctor, ideally a gyn who subspecializes in infectious diseases or at least has substantial experience with vulvovaginal infections. Good luck.
