It should be fine to take both of these treatments together; your doctor would not have prescribed both if it were not safe. However, neither of these conditions is likely to increase the risk of the other. I hope you've been evaluated for STIs, especially chlamydia and gonorrhea, which can trigger BV and also cause UTI-like symptoms.
