Call the dental office& inform them in advance of your anxiety about dental care and treatment. They are very experienced in treating patients like you. Remind them when you arrive also. Call your primary care provider and your dentist and ask if a low dose of a mild anti anxiety, mild sedative may be appropriate for one of them to you for before the appointment.
