I have had back surgery, laminectomy, fusion & rod placement. i have nerve damage & suffer from numbness & tingling as well as pain in my back & legs. i take gabapentin 800mg bid.. i want to add tinazidine 2 mg can i add this and it be safe?

You almost certainly have post-operative scarring with lumbosacral arachnoiditis, and tizanidine is unlikely to help. Would consider switching gabapentin (at maximal dose) to Lyrica. The use of a dorsal column spinal stimulator might be evaluated. Would go to nearby medical school for updated opinions.
