Observation: I would continue to observe him. If he continues to vomit or becomes excessively sleepy, take him to the er asap.

Family practice : Even though you can have nausea and vomiting with a concussion , i doubt this is related. I think your child probably just ate too much too fast. However observe and if it persists or he acts funny be sure to call your dr.
