Just talk to anyone. It does sound like you are trying to get help and that is a good thing. Sometimes just talking about it, even to a stranger, may prove helpful. You'd be surprised how people may react, be more helpful than you expected, can share there own similar experiences or lead you to someone who may help you more. Talk to a nurse, doctor, priest, psychiatrist, call suicide hotline.

If your suicidal thoughts become plans please go to the Emergency Room. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to rule out illness. The most complete evaluation for medication is with a Psychiatrist. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help. There is extra anxiety due to covid 19- stay safe & hopeful to elevate immunity.
