Laws vary: As you are a minor, I'd not want to promise you about the laws, rules and regulations in your State - but being safe and cared for is the most important thing. No one will advise you to lie - but it is up to you. Clearly you fear your parents knowing and that may well be part of why you are so unhappy. Get yourself help. Once you are feeling better you can decide how to handle the family problems.
