Lots of issues: For suicidal ideations - you can call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline for free. Call 1-800-273-8255. if you are actively suicidal - then please call 911 and seek urgent help. If you are 27 years old - you may be able to qualify for sliding scale fee treatment at some clinics. Take care.
