This can indicate inflammation in the urethra or prostate gland. If you have been at risk for STDs (multiple sex partners, new ones, or partner who has had sex with others), you might have chlamydia, nongonococcal urethritis, or (much less likely) gonorrhea. Or you might have prostatitis. See your doctor.
