UTI: Your son may have a urinary tract infection and should be checked out by a physician as soon as possible. There could be serious complications if you ignore this problem so please go to a clinic or call your pediatrician immediately.

Pee-Pee Pain?: Sounds like a urine infection to me, so he needs to be seen by a doctor. Sooner the better since it's already been a "few" days-- you don't want it to get worse! If you have to wait for an appointment, then go to Urgent Care. If you need to wait a few hours then sitting in a bath sometimes eases the pain when letting loose the urine.

To ED: Take him to the urgent care center or ED right away. He may have a bladder infectrion. Is he taking fluids by mouth?
