Ratio is only useful if liver enzymes are elevated, never diagnostic, only helping in the differential diagnosis in suggesting possible causes for abnormalities.

Using the ratio is mostly useless. It is doubly useless in a person with normal liver enzymes. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
