It's stated that high doses for prolonged period of time can, but you're dose isn't high. Have you had a complete liver panel,cbc&diff,,monotest and a viral hepatitis panel performed? Any alcohol excess or taking other meds & supplements? A liver ultrasound will also look for liver pathology. I recommend consulting a hepatologist or gastroenterologist for evaluation, appropriate testing& follow-up
