Is ercp an effective procedure to remove a single 9 mm cbd stone? will this procedure restore complete bile flow? the doc said i need no stent to be placed, just a normal ercp will be enough to remove the stone. just want to know will it be enough?

Yes, an ERCP can remove the stone and restore the flow of bile. It is hard to tell ahead of time if a stent will be needed. That will probably be decided during the ERCP by the performing physician.
