Are you citing micrograms of vit D or International units. The common therapeutic dose for D is 5000 IU or 125 micrograms. True B12 deficiency is often treated by injection to bypass stomach acid destruction but doses of 1,000mg/d would be common for oral treatment.

Two comments: if you wish Dr Google, drop your doctor and be on your own. Otherwise discuss your concerns with your physician, by far the best way! Secondly, it will take time to restore your deficient levels, and you will gradually stabilize over a few months. Visit your doctor with parents or friends, take notes, and follow the instructions.

Agree with Dr. Fergison. You should take 5000 units/day of vitamin D3 for three months followed by 2000 units/day. Vitamin B12 deficiency is best treated with injections of B12. Once the deficiency is corrected sublingual tablets may be tried. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/ Wish you good health!
