Indirectly ingested tiger balm (camphor) because it was on fingers as i was eating. this happened five days ago and i had diarehea, stomach pain. now i have persistant headache and it is hard to concentrate and i feel tired. will this go away?

The effect of a small amount of camphor ingested may not be related. Headache may be one sign of dehydration. Stay well hydrated and use a daily probiotic.
