All can be seen: With a bad case of influenza. It really comes down to are you able to keep up with oral intake, try to focus on low sugar electrolyte replete solutions like pedialyte or low calorie gatorade, but also how severe you pain is. If you are unable to keep hydrated and/or the pain is severe, go to the ER. You many need IV fluids and to be monitored for a very short period of time and/or pain meds.
