How bad is vision is 20/700 and can i fix it? i can see 20/700 without glasses and 20/20 with glasses?

Your vision is fixed with either glasses or contacts (if applicable), your vision without glasses does not quite matter since it can be optically corrected.

What matters is corrected vision - and 20/20 corrected is excellent. The 20/700 uncorrected may be amenable to contact lens correction and also to correction by laser reshaping of the cornea (lasik). This would depend on your refractive error (glasses perscription). An ophthalmologist should be able to help with choices for your unique situation.
