Time for exam: If the snow is there all the time, you really need to see your eye doctor for a full exam. Cover each eye separately to see if it's in one or both eyes. Make sure to describe it as well as you can for the doctor. If the snow comes and goes, it could be related to low blood pressure or with migraines (if you're prone to headaches). Good luck!
