Hi, i have had bad pelvic pain for 7 months and have always had extremely painful periods. i had a blood test and my ca 125 came back as 36 u/ml. is it possible for me to have endometriosis or something else even though my ca 125 isn't very high?

You definitely could have endometriosis if periods are so painful, yes. The definitive way to know about endometriosis is a laparoscopic evaluation to look for it, but many Gyn Drs will try treatment with NSAIDS (ibuprofen, naproxen) or oral contraceptive pills 1st to see if that helps
