I have chronic pelvic pain & lately i've been seeing blood in my stool.could it be endometriosis complications?can pelvic u.s show adhesions on colon?

See below: Blood in your stool is most likely hemorrhoids or a problem in the colon. You should report this to your doctor ASAP. Endometriosis doesn't usually cause blood in the colon. Ultrasound is not a good imaging modality to see adhesions on the colon. Best wishes!
