I am a 28m. my left armpit has been swollen (evenly spread across, no lump) for the past 2 weeks. doctors could not feel nodes but ultrasound revealed minor swelling to one. could this node cause the swelling? should i be concerned about cancer?

Have you received Covid-19 vaccine before that? Cancer is almost ruled out with negative ultrasound.
