It is all connected!: The TM Joint can refer pain down into the neck, shoulder and arm. Our bodies brace when we experience pain. If left untreated, the pain can spread throughout our entire head and neck area and into the shoulder and arm. Schedule an evaluation as soon as you can to get to the bottom of the problem.

TMD pain can radiate to the neck. These days stress level can increase clenching and grinding, so do what you can to reduce your stress. Your misaligned teeth can cause TMJ problems. See a dentist trained in TMJ for a complete evaluation and a definitive treatment plan.
