Chorea: Chorea is dance like movement of the arms and trunk. Many movement disorders can be associated with this symptom. Certain medications can also cause these symptoms, especially the ones you are describing in the tongue, which may represent tardive dyskinesia.

May be Parkinsons: These symptoms are frequently caused by parkinson's disease and if so, may worsen over time. Other diseases may also cause similar symptoms so a visit to the doctor should be done as soon as possible!
