Hep A: up to months - if somehow that blood is transferred to another person's mouth or open wound (blood contact) Hep B: up to seven days - if somehow that blood is in contact with an open wound. Hep C: up to six weeks - if somehow that blood is in contact with an open wound You have to assume the blood is contaminated with hepatitis virus first and somehow the above modes of transmission occur.
