If i can't swallow properly and my stomach is still sore after 1 week of the endoscopy what are my choices. the surgeon hurt me and now refuses to rectify the error. i feel worse now than before the endoscopy. would i get better.what are my option?

I can swallow liquids with no problems but solid foods like meats feels like there getting stuck in my stomach. There is no pain but I'm not sure what's going on. Upper Edoscopy came back with little acid and inflamation but the problem still there.
