In order for HIV transmission to occur 1 of the partners has to be positive. Chances of transmission with oral sex are lower, but transmission is still possible regardless of ejaculation. Check cdc.gov for reliable information regarding HIV transmission.

If your BF is HIV positive you are at risk. You are also at risk of other STDs, like gonorrhea, herpes, Chlamydia, HPV etc. Him taking non-releasing pill is irrelevant. (There is no such thing as a non-releasing pill. If you have sex, you could get pregnant). Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
