Legitimate worries. Tight follow up will be needed. No alcohol, over the counter drugs, supplements and repeat liver enzymes. Work up for possible causes for non alcoholic fatty liver disease or NAFLD will be needed. Increased triglycerides suggests a variant of metabolic syndrome that usually involves impaired glucose tolerance and elevated blood pressure. Stick with your doc.
