Metabolic liver: Fatty liver can be due to metabolic syndrome which can cause some elevation of liver enzymes. Stay under care of primary care doctor. Blood tests every 6 months or sooner. change diet- low carbohydrate diet with a lot of vegetables,fruits & nuts.
