Does cold compression help reduce eye swelling? not sure why the whole upper crease of my one eye is swollenbut hasnt spread & not painful..ive been taking pain killers for tmj paincan this be due to any medicine or?

This might be due to a stye. Warm compresses are used to treat a stye instead of cold compresses. I would suggest you have a PCP or urgent care clinic take a look at it to get you the proper treatment.
