Been having tmj issues and massaged too much/too hard underneath chin and along jawline in attempt to relieve jaw tension. area now somewhat swollen. how do i make swelling go away?

Swelling: See your Dentist immediately to determine cause of swelling. May be from over-manipulation, abscess, gum disease, blocked salivary gland duct, cyst, affected lymph node, etc. Rx cannot be recommended until the Dentist has diagnosed cause.
