I've had metallic smelling stool for the last few days. my diet and routine has not changed. stool is not solid and there is no obvious blood. what could this possibly be? i don't take any medication or vitamins..?

Have no idea. I do know that having a lo potassium from primary Aldosteronism This leads to a metallic taste but never heard of stools smelling like metal. But because smell and taste are linked ask you local Dr.
