You are likely having dehydration with possible electrolyte imbalance, especially if you were playing outside in the heat. Try drinking some Gatorade or Pedialyte prior to playing basketball and then take drink breaks during the game and drink some more of it. Keep hydrated and replace the electrolytes! If that doesn’t help, see your doctor! Hope you won the game at least!
