Ceclor (cefaclor) is a cephalosporin-type antibiotic. Hydroxychloroquine is an immunosuppressive drug and anti-parasitic. They are different classes of medications and I am unaware of any cross sensitivity. You should, however, discuss with your prescribing physician since both meds require a prescription.
