Ask your doctor: Lupus is an incredibly complicated disease. Given the medicines you are on you obviously have a rheumatologist. These really are questions for your doctor. Given the complexity of the disease, if you don't feel like you are getting good answers to your questions from your doctor you should find a rheumatologist in your area the specializes in lupus and get another opinion.
