No one should: There were some real safety issues with the formula before 2009, reported to fda; -associated with liver problems; some people needed liver transplants. Also muscle porblems. Reformulated but co. Hasn't produced good data re: safety, effectiveness.There are other, safer, better methods for long-term weight loss and maintenance of weight loss.
